You might be thinking Google, but would you be surprised to hear that Facebook now gets more monthly views than the mighty Google! Plus the users stay on the site ten times longer because they are all very busy spying on on their ex boyfriends and girlfriends;-)

Just found something interesting today. You can go and try this new URL shortener i found on Earnblogger article. Its really great and i wonder how he find about that website. We ve personally had mixed results with this Chrome extension, but the idea is that it will let you share your Google+ updates with Twitter and Facebook at the press of a button. Until Google opens up Google+ to developers properly, this is the best you are going to get for the time being.

Joining the service requires mandatory real name and gender disclosure, which at launch was shared as public information. The gender selector has options for Male, Female and Other. This requirement was criticized by the weblog SlashGear for causing lack of privacy and, together with Facebook and other social networks, for forcing the user to choose among limited categories that describe preconceived gender descriptors.

It all seems awfully premature, considering Google+ is just getting started, and I don t mean in user numbers. We re all familiar enough with Google products to know that practically everything they ve ever done was launched early and incomplete, whether it went on to succeed (Gmail, Android) or not (Orkut, Wave).
